Commissions are for client's personal use only. For commercial use, please specify in the commission form/ our discussion.

As a creator, I retain full rights of the original artwork. You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.

Commissioned art will be used in my personal portfolio & social media.

All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only. Clients are not allowed to edit, trace, or any act of adjusting artwork, take credit for the art, and make money from it.

The client is prohibited from using the artwork for NFTs or AI training purposes.

Full payment is required beforehand.

Paypal (USD) for foreigner - Banking/Momo for Vietnamese (1$ = 25.000 VND).

Client will be given 2 days to complete your payment process after our discussion. The commission slot will be cancelled due to non-payment within 2 days.

Please inform me once the payment has been done.

Strictly no refund.

In case of force majeure (exceptional/unavoidable circumstances):

A 100% refund is provided if the commission has not been started.

A 50% refund is provided if only the sketch phase is completed.

No refunds are available once the artwork is finalized.

Only 01 commission per slot.

Paypal (USD) for forgeiners - Banking/Momo for Vietnamese (1$ = 25.000 VND).

For private commission: +50% commission price.

For commercial commission: x3 commission price.

Very simple background: Free.

Complex/highly detailed background: $10 - $500.

Extra main character: +100% base price.

Extra minor character: +50% base price - minimal characters that do not occupy much space or detail.

All prices are referential, the additional fees will be based on the complexity of client's characters.

Please recite this mantra in your mind: "Trust the process".

Clients may request any changes they wish during sketch phase, up to 5 modifications of the details free of charge durring rendering phase, and no further changes can be made in the final stage. An additional fee will be charged based on the complexity of the details.

Should you require your commissioned work to be completed by a certain date, please inform me.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I find inappropriate and/or that doesn’t match my terms, skills, or time.

Each slot will be "First Comes, First Served". Most commissions will be taken at least 1-3 months for me to complete, with the earliest possible completion date around 1-3 weeks from the time of the initial request.

Do not rush or bombard me with messages pertaining to your order for the sake of your high quality commission. In case you want a rush-commission service (with a high priority - skip my entire queue/waitlist), the additional fee of +100 USD will be charged.

Both watermark, and non-watermark files will be sent, you can post any versions you want, but you must credit me as the artist.
